Hi I would like to request for the following documents: 

1) Memorandum Order AFF jr. – No. 05 – 009 (Administrative Guidelines on the Issuance of Special Work Permit (SWP) and Prearranged employment Visa Under Section 9 (g) of the Philippine Immigration Act as 1940, as Amended

2) memorandum dated March 3, 2005 – Issuance of SWP to Foreign Nationals by the Bureau of Immigration for a Maximum Period of Six (6) Month Without Extension, and AEP by DOLE for those Whose Employment is more than Six (6) 

3) all memorandum orders or issuances on Special Work Permits prior to 2005
