Hello, I woud like to request modification of surname  by adding special character ñ and changing n into ñ

As my requirements for applying of my working visa, i would be using this as  proof of vaccination. It is my wish to avoid trouble on minor details as much as possible along the way,. Hoping for your grateful and favorable response

You asked for modification of surname in your travel record from Anasco to Añasco

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information and/or service whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request at BI Main Office. The said request must be filed personally to the BI Main Office by the owner of the information or the duly authorized representative (with Special Power of Attorney), which shall have pertinent documents attached, undergo assessment, evaluation and subject to the final approval/disapproval of the Bureau’s Commissioner.  Moreover, Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.”

Your right to request a review
