Who is the BINOC FOI Officer?  Most government agencies really either do not have an assigned FOI or they continually shift or make constant changes to the personnel roster - whatever their motives are for doing this - one can say that such actions leaves much to be desired.  If there is a BINOC FOI Officer, surely I have lots of questions for this person.  Questions such as why has there been no respond to my FOI inquiries  which were accepted and approve.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, you also fill out the fields pertaining to specific immigration quiry.  The BINOC FOI Officer Melvin P. Mabulac but he is only a Receiving Officer, all quiries received are being forwarded to concern divisions who are the BI FOI Decision Makers.
