Good day! 
I would like to request a copy of Mr. Kenji Shinohara's deportation paper dated way back to January 1981. He was deported by Anecita "Annie" Cabrera Sevilla.
The said document will be used for SSS to claim the death claim benefit of his son, Abel Sevilla Shinohara.

You asked for Deportation paper of Kenji Shinohara.

Response to your request

Please be informed that Derogatory Record consists of personal information and it is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information thru online. It can only be disclosed to the owner of the information, to third party if with Special Power of Attorney of the owner of the Data or with court order.

Further, the Bureau could not produce document issued last 1981 since all records of the Bureau was burned. Records that are available are documents issued from 1990 and onwards.
