To Whom It May Concern,
               I am Mariejamie A. Cabrera a U.S Citizen that grew up in the philippines and raised by my single mother resided at Buting, Pasig City Metro Manila. Year 1996 when my mom brought me to her mother land and decided to lived with me while not looking into the courses of law that will comprehend this status of mine. August 2016 I legally settled all my immigrations matter and escalated it at legal aged I am now obligated for my mother's consequence charges for over staying in the phillippines. 2018 I finished all the payments. Yet my status still no changes.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 01, 2023 09:08:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

This pertains to your query reproduced hereunder:

In response to your query, we advice you file a letter- request at the BI Main Office for the lifting of your name in the BI's Blacklist. 

Kindly attached proof of Official Receipts as stated in the BI Order that placed your name in the BI's Blacklist considering  you mentioned that you already settle your obligation in 2018, you may secure a copy of BI Order at the BI- Records Section located at the 3rd Floor, BI- Main Office, Intramuros, Manila. 

Once the documentary requirements are complete, you may file or any of your authorized representative request for the lifting of name in the BI's BL for the Board of Commissioners consideration.   

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
