Dear Sir / Madam ,

I have been issued a Certification of Not The Same Person in your Watch / Alert List in 16 December 2016 but to date , everytime I travel , I am asked to present this Certification . I was advised by the Bureau of Immigration Officer at NAIA to request your Office to remove my name in the aforementioned list since I have already submitted the required documents to prove I am not :

 RODRIGUEZ GLORIA ( WLO SBM-15-5694)  reported 06 July 2015 

I would appreciate prompt Action on my request .

Dear Gloria Rodriguez,

We sincerely apologize for denying your request.

Please be informed that since it is the Municipal Trial Court of Tanay, Rizal that issued the Watchlist Order for your namesake, it is only the said court that can issue an order to lift the same. A perusal of the Order issued by the aforementioned court does not indicate any middle name nor birthday.

In your case, since you share the same first and last name with the subject of the WLO, your application and the issuance of the Certificate of Not the Same Person (NTSP) was the proper thing to do.
