Hello I plan on visiting Qatar in November, I purchased 3 tickets and also made full payment non-refundable for hotel.
I have with me "Hayya" card - it was delivered to me in Antipolo Rizal where I live.
Before I make flight booking and pay for roundtrip ticket - high cost - I would like you to grant me permission to leave from Manila to Doha and return back after I watch all three games. I will not take any dependents with me.
Please grant me permission to travel and attend FIFA.
Please note that my Hayya Card Number is: FI7111402655
