While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your concern is not within the purview of the Bureau of Immigration. However, you may wish to contact the Bureau of Quarantine by visiting their website at https://quarantine.doh.gov.ph or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal.
