In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We would like to request if the "naturalization certificate" was processed here in the Bureau of Immigration or outside (Special Committee on Naturalization or Regional Trial Courts). In particular, it would be helpful to know if you can inform us if you underwent the process of Recognition as Philippine Citizen or Dual Citizenship via Republic Act 9225 (Citizenship Re-acquisition and Retention Act of 2003).
