Hi! I would like to know what to do about my lost arrival sticker that is not affixed to my passport. I came from Norfolk Virginia USA and was about to visit the Philippines I departed on January 2, 2024, at 8:05 AM going to Denver to Narita and Manila. here are my details about the flight.

Kindly go to BI MAIN OFFICE so we can assess your travel documents. Bring your passport and proof of your travel (Flight itinerary or boarding pass or Certificate of Boarding).
