Greetings,

Could I request a copy of memorandum dated 20 July 2011, mentioned in Dress Code Policy SBM-2013-007.

If 2011 memorandum does not stipulate the provision of the law which is designed to supplement, could you please provide materials explaining this aspect.

Could you also please provide the confirmation of publication in Gazette of 2011 memorandum and filing it with under 7/2/3 of Executive Order 292.

Relative to your query with Tracking no: #BI-624236440307, please be informed  That the memorandum dated 20 July 2011 was already superseded  by Immigration Administrative Circular No. SBM-2013-007.

Further, it is emphasized that the laws did not provide that the internal matters or policies of an agency or bureau are required to be published in the official Gazette.
