Hi Good day,
I would like to make a deportation request to my husband who is currently working with Equatorial Guinea Business Link South Africa at Accounting Department since 2012 and living with his mistress Ms.Wilna Erin Soberano.
My husband is not providing any child support to our two children.
Hoping for your speedy assistance and kind cooperation regarding this matter.

You asked for Deportation Request.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information and assistance whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have jurisdiction for the deportation of your husband outside of the Philippines. However, you may wish to contact Department of Foreign Affairs.  In addition you may also coordinate with the DSWD for the assistance on the failure of your husband to financially support your family since it falls under Violence Against Women and their Children.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commissioner Jaime H. Morente, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
