Formal Requests for the Travel Records on Cultural Diplomatic Action of Fred L. Rebadulla II, filed in archives as dated February 13-17, 2017 bound from Manila International Airport to Hong Kong International Airport aside vice versa; Thereby, Intent for the citational facilitation among the Republic of the Philippines—Department of Foreign Affairs, National Commission for Culture & the Arts, Hong Kong Spacial Administrative Region of China Government, United Nations Bodies and other stake-holders at large.

You asked for Cultural Diplomacy Travel Records.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H.
