My wife, Clarita Lilia Espiritu Lacson demands her right to reasonable access to information on the DATES WHEN her personal data stored in the Bureau of Immigration database was accessed, she demands to know WHO HAD ACCESSED her personal data, WHO WAS THE RECIPIENT and what was the purpose given for the disclosure -we have evidence of this. She has not consented to it therefore this was a UNAUTHORIZED AND UNLAWFUL PROCESSING. This is also a SERIOUS SECURITY BREACH of the BI DATABASE and a CYBERCRIME. Refer to the National Privacy Commission CID CASE 18-G-082 for more additional information.

FOI request for ticket number #BI-743693425476 reply was due on October 11, 2018. It is now 28th of December 2018 and the BI-) FOI Officer still owes me a reply. Be advised that aforementioned FOI request is for the data subject right to access pursuant to Section 16 of the DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012 which, my wife Clarita Lilia Espiritu Lacson has demanded. Freedom of Information Order Section 7 (b) Protection of personal information in the custody of the BI must be secured and safe. Now a security breach had occurred in the BI, Clarita Lilia Espiritu Lacson's sensitive personal information store in immigration database had been used to vilify and harass her in a wrongful complaint filed at the BI. This complaint was resolved 02 July 2018 in her favor however there are violations of the Data Privacy Act and the Cybercrime Prevention Act, crimes have been committed and someone must be held accountable. This is not the first instance where my wife had demanded her right to access in which the BI has not acknowledged.
