Thank you for your request dated Dec 14, 2022 07:45:51 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be informed that the application for Travel Records are only accepted and processed at the head office of the Bureau of Immigration, Intramuros, Manila for reasons of security and uniformity.

If you are unable to personally process the application, you can designate a representative by providing an appropriate Special Power of Attorney (SPA).

Further, you may opt to choose either of the two processing procedure, Regular (15 working days, Php510.00) or Express (7 working days, Php1, 010.00).

Attached is a copy of the checklist of requirements for your reference.
