Greetings Sir/Madam

I lost my Oath of Allegiance and I took my Dual
Citizenship last July 2008 in Rome, Italy. How can I get a copy of my Oath of Allegiance?  Please, can you give the instructions to do so because i need it to renew my passport. I hope you can help me.

However, you may wish to contact Department of Foreign affairs (DFA) at dfa.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at dfa.gov.ph.
