May 1, 2021 Dear Miyuki, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 25, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Deportation Process. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the BI official website www.immigration.gov.ph or click the link http://www.immigration.gov.ph/images/MemorandumCircular/2016_May/MC_SBM-2015-010.pdf. The latter provides for the consolidated rules for deportation proceedings under Memorandum Circular No. SBM-2015-010 beginning November 9, 2015, after it was published in two newspapers of general circulation on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Moreover, you may file the Petition/Motion for Voluntary Deportation to the BI Main Office and/or send it to the Bureau's official email immigPH@gmail.com and xinfo@immigration.gov.ph stating the details and contact information of the foreign national/s. The Bureau shall coordinate with you on the matters concern for purposes of investigation. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
