Good day Sir/Ma'am,

I am Bernard Garcia, an Early Career Researcher of the AspirE Project and Research Assistant to the Scalabrini Migration Center in Quezon City. SMC is a member of the 11-country consortium and funded by the European Commission on Research and innovation Programme.

I tried looking up online on Bureau of Immigration's Handbook on Protocols and Exit Policies but I can't find any. With that, may I ask for a copy of it? If the document that I am requesting is not available, the most related document next to my interest would be enough. Thank you very much!
