You informed the BI that you shall apply for a Motion for Reconsideration in favor of Wang Qinbin, a Chinese national. 

BI appreciates the information given. However, it would be beneficial if you could furnish us detailed information on what application you are applying for WANG QINBIN for us to provide you exact procedures. We advice you to check www.immigration.gov.ph for procedures and other relevant information pertinent to Wang Qinbin.  


If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www,immigration.gov.ph, your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
