I would like to ask is it possible to travel or possible to go pass in immigration if you have a probationary dismissed in VAWC case

Your Request

You asked for a Probationary Dismissed Case (VAWC). Kindly verify your case with the court and seek guidance from your legal representative regarding its process and documentary requirements. Please note that we only check and or verify derogatory records of a passenger during the actual departure immigration inspection.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested as the matter is not within the jurisdiction of this office.
