Dear Myla Velasco,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2022 03:54:10 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked to ban the travel of RHODORA PARASO BELDEROL on the ground of Infidelity.

BI appreciates information given to us. However, we advice filing of civil/ criminal action at the Courts and request for the inclusion of their name/s in the Hold Departure Order (HDO). Once an HDO was issued, BI requires submission of Court- issued copy of HDO, for inclusion of their names in the BI’s derogatory list.

Please note that the inclusion of their names in the BI’s derogatory list prompts airport- based personnel to defer PHL departure until the Courts issues an allow departure Order.

BI- Main Office is located at Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila with telephone nos. 527-3248, 310-4530, 310-4537.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.
