Hello,

I have a very sensitive matter to ask and I am struggling to find the legal basis for BI Instruction Nr RBR-99002. I am a German citizen. My mother is a Philippine citizen. I was born in the Philippines. 

Germany does not allow dual citizenship if the Philippine citizenship is acquired by naturalization or application. I want to know if this Recognition as Filipino Citizen is considered Philippine citizenship by naturalization or by application because if it is, I will automatically and immediately lose my German citizenship. Thank you.
