Good day Sir/ Ma'am; Please could you help me
My husband is a British National.  His holding  13a visa permanent resident indicated on his ID Alien Certificate of Registration. I applied the card in Bureau of immigration in manila issue on May 6, 2016 and expiry is May 6, 2021.I am a Filipino citizen and we have two children 5 years old and a 2 years old. we are permanently living here in the philippines.
My husband only coming back to United Kingdom for a short term work. Now he wants to come back here in the Philippines he have no home in UK please allow him to travel back.
