Good day,

I am a Filipino citizen of legal age, and I have a partner residing in Switzerland. The Swiss government have allowed unmarried couples with partners living abroad to visit Switzerland by granting a special visa. We are currently preparing documents for this so I can reunite with my partner. I would like to ask for a permission to leave the country for that purpose.

We are hoping for your kind assistance.
