While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  Please be informed that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is the agency with the authority to process and issue Lookout Bulletin. Thus, the BI will only issue the subsequent Inclusion of Lookout Bulletin Order upon receiving the said order.

Your right to request a review
