Good day! I am a 5th year architecture student from the University of the East-Caloocan, I’m currently having a research for my architectural proposal ASEAN CONSULATE: An Efficient and Unified Southeast Asian Ministry. Relative to this I would like to ask your good office the following data:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory fields, you also fill out the fields pertaining to type of visa you are referring to, be informed that there are visas being by Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA).

Your right to request a review
