hi! i am the wife of gerardo macuto an ofw  in new zealand.  we are applying for a residence visa in inz immigration and they are looking for my husband old passport but unfortunately the said passport was already lost instead they are requiring us to present a documents to prove of the date of his departure and arrival in saudi  arabia.
in view of the above my we request the certification of my husband travel history and may i know the requirements needed. thanks.
