hello do we still need to have antigen test before travelling even we are fully vaccinated or we only need to present our vaccination certificate? thanks

Your Request

You asked for documents/requirements.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of DOJ Memorandum 036, series of 2015 for the information you requested.

Under the DOJ Memorandum, Filipinos traveling  as tourist are required to present the following documents to the Immigration Officer:

a. Valid Passport (must be at least 6 months valid)
b. Valid Visa
c. Return ticket

Travelers are also required to register at the e-travel portal within 72 hours but not later than 3 hours before the scheduled flight.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
