This is with reference to above captioned subject for naturalization papers of Richard T. Gopaoco

i sent another request to cancel Request #BI-694161795563 due to duplication.

I already personnaly secured a certified true copy from the B.I. in manila thus no 

longer need another copy.

However, my request to withdraw the same request was denied by your staff.

In order not to incur additional costs, i humbly request that your good office

act favorably on the matter at hand.
