I just want to follow up on my request for the issuance of a certified copy of the immigration order BSI-C.C No. 71-3. If it helps, I have attached our copy of the said order and the letter to the local civil registrar of Tagbilaran City. This is in reference to ticket number #BI-706318248868 requesting for a certified true copy of Immigration Order BSI-C.C. No. 71-3 & Letter to Local Civil Registrar.

It just came to my attention today that your office did respond to me on May 8, 2023 and approved my request for the record. In your response, it indicated that there was an attachment sent but unfortunately I did not receive it. I would like to request that the attachments be resent.

If needed, I would like to ask if there is an office address of the record section where I can send my letter of request. I am not from Manila and have no physical access to your record section office. I would appreciate if there is some guidance on how to secure a certified true copy of the order and letter from the Bureau of Immigration. I am willing to shoulder the expense for the certified copy. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Respectfully,

Bradford Tan
