Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2020 07:24:21 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.


You asked for Papano poba aq mag sasampa kaso asawa kopo.

BI rules and regulations requires filing of a verified Complaint stating (i) the full names of the complainant and his postal address (ii) name of the Respondent foreigners, his known alias/es, if any, his given or last known address; (iii) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offense alleged to have been committed; (iv) submit a Certification of non- forum shopping required under SBM-2015-010 Part I, Rule 1, Sec 5; and (v) comply with Memorandum Circular no. AFF-04-023 requiring payment of fees amounting to Php5,000.00 for deportation complaint.
