Your Request

You asked for Business visit visa from Malaysia to Philippines.

Response to Request

Malaysian nationals travelling to the Philippines  for business, pleasure or health are allowed to a 30 days visa free entry subject to arrival formalities at the port of arrival. You are advised to present a valid passport, return ticket and supporting documents relevant to your purpose of travel. If you are however, referring to entry visa under section 9(a) of CA 613 issued by Philippine Consulate, kindly contact the Department of Foreign Affairs, Office of the Consular Affairs for more information. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
