Dear sir,madaam
Ako po ay isang seaman dumating po ako sa atin noong july 20 2023 ng madaling araw.unfortunately hindi ko po nailagay sa passport ko ang arrival sticker at hindi ko napo napansin sa sunod na mga araw saan napalagay.hinanap kopo lahatlahat at hindi natagpuan.ako po ay pabalik na nitong buwan na ito.ano po ba ang dapat kung gawin.at maari po ba akong mag request ng panibagong arrival stamp?pls po sir,madaam give me some advice.

Dear Dennis Geraldizo Bacurnay,

I refer to my letter of Sep 09, 2023 04:19:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Lost arrival sticker ng passport.

a. Name appearing in the passport;
b. Date of Birth;
c. Passport Number;
d. Date and Time of arrival;
e. Port of Entry (Airport);
f. Flight Number; and
g. Airline.

In particular, it would be helpful to know the above mentioned information.
