Request of Black List Lifting

Requested from BI by x. Hu at 03:44 PM on Oct 23, 2023.
Purpose: Requesting removal from immigration blacklist.
Date of Coverage: 08/01/2017 - 10/23/2023
Tracking no: #BI-719061280928

Hu 03:44 PM, Oct 23, 2023

Dear Immigration Management Team,

I request removal from the immigration blacklist for my August 27, 2017, tourist visa entry. Aimed to visit my Filipino English teachers, but denied entry due to communication issues. Oversight, I improved my English to avoid language-related issues again.

I cherish the Philippines and wish to return. I'll respect its laws and return as required.

If removed from the blacklist, I'll contribute to the economy and tourism.

Thank you for your consideration. Eager to relish the Philippines again.

Sincerely,
Ally

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to authorize someone to personally file your request to the BI Main office if you wanted to lift your Blacklist Record in the existing derogatory record in the Bureau. Dear FOI Officer,

I greatly appreciate your prompt response and professional support. Great thanks again.

I deeply understand that having a blacklist record is undesirable. I am truly sorry and would like to apologize for any issues related to this matter. I would appreciate your guidance on the necessary steps for me to re-enter the Philippines. Additionally, could you please inform me of the associated fees for this process? I fully recognize that the Immigration department will allocate considerable manpower and time to handle my case, and I am more than willing to cover the related expenses for my past actions. If granted the opportunity to travel to the Philippines again, I will wholeheartedly respect the laws and regulations of the country. As you are aware, I, like any other Chinese traveler, prioritize safety and will not venture into areas with known dangers, such as the Golden Triangle region encompassing Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar, so the Philippines will be our first choice for future travel.

Current location: China.
My Exclusion Order: E.O. No. AOS: T1-17-09-033

May I kindly request the following details for filing a Petition for the lifting of the Blacklist (BL)? Please could you provide me with the website or email address for this purpose? As I understand, the petition should include (i) the Petitioner's name, any known aliases, and their current address, (ii) the reasons for requesting the lifting of the blacklist with supporting evidence, (iii) the reference number of the derogatory order, and (iv) proof of payment of the prescribed fees.

Please do not hesitate to share any feedback or guidance you may have, it will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for your invaluable assistance.

Sincerely,
Ally
