Your Request

You asked for Information on Benefits of Quota Visa and Difference with Investor Visas.

Response to Request

Quota Immigrant visa is classified as immigrant visa , whereas Investor's visas are classified as special Non-Immigrant visas. Investor's visa must maintain substantial investment to continue enjoying the privileges under the said category, whereas Quota Immigrant visa holder does not need to maintain substantial investment.

Further, Quota visa holder may register a business as single proprietor. For more details on different treatment of aliens on investment in the Philippines, you may direct your queries to the Bureau of Investment.

Your right to request a review
