There is an overstaying foreigner here in our city located in Prk. Maghiliusa, Brgy. Tinampaan,Cadiz City named James Philp from Scotland.

Greetings!

This refers to the complaint with Ticket Number BI-728361768800 forwarded to the Intelligence Division on 19 January 2023.

We acknowledge receipt of your email request.

Please note the information you requested is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which aims: to “ protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information to private individual without the Special Power of Attorney of the owner of the Data or without court order. 

In addition, we cannot fully and instantly respond to the above-referenced complaint without the essential information such as:

 (1) Full name of foreign national 
(2) specific office address/es. 

Further, it is also vital if the complainant could provide some documentary evidences such as but not limited to:

(1) photos 
(2) documents
(3) and proofs that could strongly substantiate his/her allegations.

We also advise that a formal letter complaint addressed to Commissioner should be filed for proper dispostion of this issue.

Rest assured that we are continuously improving the delivery of government services without compromising our mandate to safeguard and protect our country’s border from undesirable aliens.
