September 22, 2023 Dear Ma. Russelle, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 15, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Please be informed that there is no such thing as OFFLOADING POLICY, this had been discussed with the BI Press Release. Further, all documents mentioned shall be subject for the assessment of the immigration officer. Thus, compliance of the abovementioned travel requirements are without prejudice to the exercise of the mandate of the Bureau in the arrival and departure formalities.
