Hi, first timer to travel outside the Philippines po..

What are the Requirements needed para makalabas po ng bansa? One week in Thailand po to attend a concert.. Aside po sa round trip ticket, concert ticket at hotel booking, ano pa po need na requirements?? 

Hope i can get an answer po as soon as possible, sa 29 na po kasi alis namin..

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Please be informed that there is no such thing as OFFLOADING POLICY, this had been discussed with the BI Press Release. You may check the link for further information https://immigration.gov.ph/69-march-2014-press-releases/510-bi-there-is-no-such-thing-as-offloading-policy . However, you may click the link for the standing order for departure formalities https://www.mactancebuairport.com/pdf/ImmigrationLaw.pdf . Further, all documents mentioned shall be subject for the assessment of the immigration officer. Thus, compliance of the abovementioned travel requirements are without prejudice to the exercise of the mandate of the Bureau in the arrival and departure formalities.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, NORMAN G. TANSINGCO, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
