Help my sis to permanently blacklist her abusived husband -USA -Christopher Dillon- Doctor-army frm San Antonio Texas). &force her to do sex activities fr 9 yrs. & continuously abused my sister ( sexually physically mentally verbally &most of all he force my sis to have sex with random men while he take photos &videos ). My sis looks like under age given that she’s 34,(process of divorced and already moved out) we find out po shes was abused when she ran away this summer & scared to death . Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Feb 12, 2020 01:39:22 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You reported someone Not to allow to enter Philippines.
Under BI rules, an action for deportation may be commenced by filing a verified complaint against any foreigner for grounds provided for or be relevant laws.
The Complaint shall state (1) full name of the complainant and his postal address, (2) name of Respondent, his known aliases, if any, his given or last known address, and (3) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offence alleged to be committed. It shall contain as annexes such document and papers that the Complaint as supportive of his/her allegations.
Submit the same to BI- Main Office located at Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila for proper review.
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [some/most/all] of the information you requested.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response through www. immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
