Hi i would like to get the information regarding the rights of every passengers travelling and being denied or offloaded because of some unecessary documents that they need to produce not being relevant to the requirements required by the country of destination

You asked for Rights of a passenger being denied to board the plane.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of enclosed a copy of DOJ IACAT Revised Guidelines on Departure Formalities on International Bound Passengers of the information you requested.

Kindy refer to the attached guidelines for the necessary documents needed for travel. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
