Hi , i would like to request for an extention of the expiration of 9G visa,  is it possible? we cannot get the online sched.  so that we can brought our concern to commisioners office. due to this pandemic the principal of this 9G visa can't come here in the philippines. any advice...
We are already exhausted what to do

We were able to determine that this particular information is a regular transaction of the Bureau, per current health protocol during this period of COVID 19 crisis, all transactions requires online appointment, for more more information please click this link While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to apply for a BI Clearance Certificate of a certain individual subject to the restriction of Data Privacy Act of 2012 .
