Hi! I would like to check, confirm and clarify about this advisory. That, we, applicants for HCCP in CANADA do not NEED an OEC... Still, some of the IO were asking for OEC. and there were instances in the terminal that the applicants were offloaded because of this concern.

Thank you for your response. I have concerns about the HCCP (Health Child Care Program) in Canada. There were applicants who were offloaded because the Immigration Officers in different terminals were asking and looking for an OEC. WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED based on the said advisory and pathway that is briding to Permanent Resident in Canada. I hope this will clear issues on both parties.
