Good Day! I am Lyka Mae Hernandez Bonita, I got offloaded last November 13, 2023 because IO said that I have no capacity on living the country for vacation in Dubai. Even though I have all the requirements they needed, like confirmed hotel booking, return ticket and all of the papers from my company. I am active employee here in the Philippines. I would like to have a vacation in DXB just to be with my Girlfriend because we’ve been apart for One year and I really wanted to be with her even for a short period of time. I would like to request to clear my offload history in IMMIGRATION. Please!

You asked for I would like to clear my OFFLOAD HISTORY..

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this portal is not a proper venue for your request.

We do not have an existing process of clearing travel/offload history in our system. All arrivals and exits, including deferred departure (offload)  in our international ports form part of a passenger’s travel history.  Kindly complete the required documentary requirements and refer to the attached guidelines for further information.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph.
