Please provide me with a copy of Bureau of Immigration’s Law Instruction No. RBR-99002. There are multiple references to this instruction document across the Internet but a copy of the document is not available either via the Bureau's official website nor in the public domain. An electronic copy of said document or a URL link thereto is hereby requested.
