good time ma'am/sir

i would like to ask if how should i process the voluntary deportation for my legal husband since he is detain in B.I Davao and he is willing to be deported on his own finance 

the reason of voluntary deportation is overstaying 

all kind of documents are ready 

deportation order 
NBI clearance 
Valid passport 
Court clearance    

can i have some help on this since Davao office is not doing anything in order so my husbands can be deported

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 23, 2023 11:50:21 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for procedures on voluntary deportation.

 BI rules and regulations requires filing of a verified Complaint stating (i) the full names of the complainant and his postal address (ii) name of the Respondent foreigners, his known alias/es, if any, his given or last known address; (iii) concise statement of ultimate facts constituting the deportation offense alleged to have been committed; (iv) submit a Certification of non- forum shopping required under SBM-2015-010 Part I, Rule 1, Sec 5; and (v) comply with Rule 19, Sec 1(a) requiring payment of fees amounting to Php5,000.00 for deportation complaint.

Submit copy of the deportation complaint at the BI- Main Office located at Intramuros Drive, Magallanes, Manila. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

You asked for BI procedure on voluntary deportation.
