2.do they give it back to the owner?

Dear Russiel Astor,
                           
                        Relative to your quries as regards confiscated gadgets at the BI-WFPU (Detention Facilities), please be advised that gadgets confiscated from the wards/PDLs (Person Deprived of Liberty) during detention are considered as contraband.  Thus, said gadgets when confiscated are not required to be returned.  I hope this will answer your concern, Thank You.
