Hi!
My name is HOANG NHUNG. I am a foreign employee.
I worked in Philippines more than three years and haven't go back to my country yet because of the pandemic.
Today I heard some people in my company about The Blacklist of Foreign employee.
I afraid that my name was in the Blacklist already.
So I'd like to check my passport status if my name in the Blacklist or not.

Follow the last conversation, there will have the information about my passport status on Feb 4th
And today is Feb 6th, may I ask how was the processed of checking my passport status?
Is my name on The Blacklist?

We sincerely apologize for denying your request.
 
Please be informed that all queries or applications relating to derogatory records are only accepted and processed at the Bureau of Immigration in Intramuros, Manila for purposes of uniformity and security. 
 
If you are unable to personally appear at the BI Main Office, you can designate a representative on your behalf by providing an appropriate Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
 
For us to proceed with the checking of your derogatory record/s, you must submit the following documents: 
 
1.Letter Request addressed to the Commissioner; 
2.Photocopy your passport bio-page; and
3.Special Power of Attorney (SPA) with a photocopy of a valid government issued ID of attorney-in-fact in case the application is filled by an authorized representative.
