Hi I would like to request a VAXCERT upon checking at the vaxcert. gov. ph site my record cannot be found and my flight is on upcoming MARCH 2 I have the proofs here that I am vacccinated.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office could not provide your request for issuance of VAX CERT or vaccination certificate. However, you may wish to contact Department of Health (DOH) doh.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at their website.

Your right to request a review
