Hi good day!

I read about the same inquiry dated December 27,2021 and I would like to know if there is any changes or update regarding this matter.

*Confirmed return / Roundtrip Ticket**
*Departure Card

Also I would like to know if Country Specific Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)  And Overseas Employment Certificate is needed?

Your Request

You asked for IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA: TEMPORARY SKILL SHORTAGE (SUBCLASS 482).

Response to Request

Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) Visa is Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) required. Additionally you must also present a valid passport (with at least six months validity), a valid visa, employment contract and PDOS.

For further inquiries regarding the issuance of OEC, you may lodged your concern to the Department of Migrant Workers.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
