Good day!

May I know how to get form 2316 with stamped for tourist visa application only? I have my 2316 from my employer but it doesn’t have stamp.

I would appreciate your response.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) at bir.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal found in the BIR’s website.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, NORMAN G. TANSINGCO, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
