Good day! I would like to clarify if I will be needing an AOS.

I will be traveling this Friday, June 16, 2023 to Brisbane, Australia to be with my Filipino husband. His visa is a Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) and I am his dependent/subsequent entrant.

With our situation do I need to secure an AOS? Kindly enlighten me on this. Your response is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of DOJ IACAT Revised Guidelines on Departure Formalities on International Bound Passengers of the information you requested.

Kindly refer to the attached guidelines for the documentary requirements for your travel. You may also bring documentary proof of relationship with your Filipino spouse.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Norman G. Tansingco at xinfo@immigration.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
